Yes. Divakaran manufactures in Umbergaon, Gujarat and has supplied storage systems to Bahrain, Sri Lanka, Canada and the Middle East. Racking is supplied as knock-down components for compact container shipment.

What information is needed to design a pallet racking system?

Share the warehouse layout and clear height, pallet dimensions and maximum pallet weight, number of pallet positions required, type of forklift or reach truck and aisle width, floor details and any seismic or local code requirements.

Which racking is suitable for long or heavy items such as pipes, steel bars or reels?

Cantilever racking is preferred for long items such as pipes, bars and timber, while reel and roll racking or drum storage racking is used for cylindrical loads. Divakaran also manufactures pipe storage and die and mould storage racking for heavy engineering plants.

Can racks be customised to my building and load?

Yes. Every system is configured to the customer's load, building dimensions and handling equipment, using modular, bolt-together components that can be extended or reconfigured later.

We are factory which is established in 1998 with more than 300 workers.

2. What is your delivery time?

For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock, less than 500pcs, 3-7 day is ok; For customized models, the delivery date depends on the quantity. In generally, it is 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days under 332 CBM, 9 containers.

3. What is the term of payment?

40% of deposit, and balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.

4. What if you encounter problems during installation?

We will provide detailed install instruction for every type of shelf. If needed, we can also ask engineers to teach you by phone, face-time or video.

5. Could you produce the goods in OEM and ODM design?
